This privacy policy explains how The TerraVine Project handles personal data collected through this website. We take data protection seriously and comply with applicable regulations including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit the partner or contact form on this website. The data is limited to:

• Your organisation (optional)
• Your area of interest
• The content of your message

We do not collect any other personal data through this website. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

How we use your data

Data submitted via the form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is transmitted directly to markus@terravine-project.com through your own email client using a mailto link. It is not stored on our servers, logged in a database, or processed by any intermediary service.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or, where you have requested specific information, the performance of a pre-contractual relationship (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Data storage and retention

Because form submissions are delivered directly to a private email inbox and not stored on any server operated by this website, retention follows standard email practice. If you request deletion of any correspondence, we will action that request promptly.

Third-party sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your data is not transferred to any marketing platform, CRM, or analytics provider.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking, and loads no advertising trackers such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. The external resources this site loads are:

• Playfair Display and Inter fonts from Google Fonts (Google's privacy policy applies to that request)
• The GSAP animation library and the React libraries from cdnjs.cloudflare.com (no personal data transmitted)
• Imagery served from third-party image libraries where applicable (no personal data transmitted)

If website analytics are added in future, this section and the cookie position will be updated before any such tool goes live.
